Anita's advice: Quiche de París

A main dish. Delicious with a green salad.

4 servings.

 

Ingredients:

3 small or 1 normal 🥒 zucchini (courgette) 400-500gr

3 🍅🍅🍅 tomatoes (250-300gr)

4 eggs

200ml cream (nata para cocinar)

1 quiche base (hojaldre or masa quebrada, 30cm round, Lidl)

1 teaspoon Pesto (or: Dijon mustard)

50 grams grated cheese

 

Preparation (20min preparation, 40min oven time):

Spread pesto (or Dijon mustard) on the quiche base (keep baking paper under it) and place the base on the bottom of a 26cm round mould. Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Cut the courgette into slices. Wok or fry the slices for 2min on each side.

Mix the courgette with the chopped tomato, beaten eggs and cream or nata, and pour the mixture in the quiche base. Top with 50gr grated cheese.

40min in the oven at 200 degrees
