Anita's advice: Sweet Sampdoria Pasta Salad

A side dish. Perfect for the barbecue.
6 servings.
Ingredients:
8 handfuls (= 250 g) macaroni (preferably brightly coloured in fun shapes)
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
250gr of light Greek yoghurt
4 tablespoons of olive oil
12 fresh basil leaves
1 sweet onion (coarsely chopped)
6 potted red peppers "piquillo" (these are "pickled" peppers, but you can also take 1 or 2 fresh peppers)
1 can of corn (140 g)
280 grams of frozen peas
24 (=400 grams) cherry tomatoes
12 black olives without stones
50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
Optionally, strips of ham, fried chicken or salmon slices.
Preparation (15 - 20 minutes):
Cook macaroni and leave to cool.
Mix mayo, yoghurt, chopped basil and oil in a large bowl.
Chop the rest of the ingredients and stir everything together.
