Square oven dish, 18x25cm

 

Ingredients:

600 grams deep fried spinach (12 bloks, defrost before)
250 grams feta cheese (cut in fine slices)
100 grams walnuts (break in pieces)
6 sheets of lasagna (one pack of 200 grams contains 18 sheets)
500 ml bechamel sause
50 grams grated mozzarella

 

Preparation (30 min + 40 min oven time):

17:00 Heat oven at 200 degrees
Fill the oven dish with:

5 blocks of spinach
1/2 of the feta + 1/2 of the nuts
1/4 of bechamel sauce
3 sheets of lasagna

4 blocks of spinach
1/2 of the feta + 1/2 of the nuts
1/4 of the bechamel sauce
3 sheets of lasagna

3 blocks of spinach
rest of the bechamel sauce
grated mozzarella

17:30 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.

 

Information:

1,40 for a serving of 400 grams.

640Kcal pp = 46g fat (21g sat) + 24g CH (8g sugar), 28g protein, 6g fibre, 2,6g salt (you can reduce the rather high amount of saturated fat if you use low-fat cheese and make the bechamel with olive oil instead of butter)
