Ingredients:
600 grams deep fried spinach (12 bloks, defrost before)
250 grams feta cheese (cut in fine slices)
100 grams walnuts (break in pieces)
6 sheets of lasagna (one pack of 200 grams contains 18 sheets)
500 ml bechamel sause
50 grams grated mozzarella
Preparation (30 min + 40 min oven time):
17:00 Heat oven at 200 degrees
Fill the oven dish with:
5 blocks of spinach
1/2 of the feta + 1/2 of the nuts
1/4 of bechamel sauce
3 sheets of lasagna
4 blocks of spinach
1/2 of the feta + 1/2 of the nuts
1/4 of the bechamel sauce
3 sheets of lasagna
3 blocks of spinach
rest of the bechamel sauce
grated mozzarella
17:30 40 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
