Anita Aange-Koomen

Anita Aange-Koomen

Anita made her profession of good food and living well. She has been giving food advice for years through cooking workshops, and she organises lifestyle events with fun and self-development as central themes. With psychology as a basis, she studied the effects of nutrition on the human body. She helps people to find their balance, physically, mentally and emotionally, in a natural and energetic way. Her starting point is the total human, consisting of body, mind and soul.
Besides her personal advice for each individual client, she noticed she told several stories more often: with so much demand for that information, it's more efficient to collect those stories in a beautiful book. This book says everything about Anita: the design is beautiful, it's a pleasure to listen to her, she provides information in understandable language and she inspires to get started. When anyone asks her about her epic masterpiece, she's modest: "Yes, it worked out nicely. I'd like it when others have as much fun reading the book as I experienced writing it."
Anita does not want any public interest, mainly because this goes at the expense of her work, her patients, and her private life. This book is not about her, but about her dream to make people happier and healthier. That's the reason you can't call her, send her messages or book her for lectures or appointments.
